Challenge Fitness Camp has a fitness results focus to provide participants with an opportunity to meet their personal fitness goals such as, weight management, increasing fitness, muscular endurance, muscle tone and energy levels. The Challenge Fitness Camps will get you fit through personalised, motivational work sessions, based on you, the individuals participating in the camp.
The YMCA Fitness Challenge Camp is a program for all levels of fitness. You will partake in Circuit Training, Boxing, Endurance Running & Team Based Obstacle Courses.
You are about to embark on a five week journey with likeminded people. Challenge yourself physically and mentally.
Your CFC trainers will encourage and help you to achieve more than you thought possible.
