The Palmerston Aquatic Centre is excited to offer 3 extra aqua classes to an already popular group fitness timetable.  New classes start week beginning Monday 18th October and are as follows:

-          5.30pm Tuesday Deep Water Running

-          5.30pm Thursday Aqua Aerobics

-          9.00am Saturday Aqua Aerobics

 

The classes cost $15 for adult or $11 for concession.  Depending on the number of times per week you attend classes, it would be more cost effective to purchase a visit pass or membership.
