There are two fantastic events happening at YMCA of the Top End Recreation sites over the weekend of Saturday the 19th and Sunday the 20th of May. On Saturday, come along to the Leanyer Recreation Park between 10am to 2pm for the official opening of the Liberty Swing, the new swing that is wheelchair accessable! There will also be competitions, prizes, gold coin sausage sizzle and you will have a chance to go into the draw to name the new cafe at the Leanyer Recreation Park.
On Sunday, come on in to the Palmerston Recreation Centre between 10am to 1pm and play basketball with the Palmerston Power Basketball Team, get free access to the Health Club for a workout, and give 10am Body Balance and 11am Body Pump a try (limited access is to the classes dependent on member numbers).
